2. Products Offered
The seller offers for online sale electronic devices that include a lithium battery and a charging circuit, intended for technical or domestic use.
Each product complies with European standards (CE) and comes with a user manual including safety instructions.
3. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively via the ODevice website.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an anomaly or previous dispute.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT, excluding delivery fees.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the rate applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
The seller will only ship the product after receiving payment.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 15 business days.
In the event of delay or package loss, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier.
7. Withdrawal (for individual consumers)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of seller error
8. Warranty & Liability
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
Use not in accordance with the user manual or technical specifications,
Damage due to overload, overheating, or product modification,
Short circuit or mishandling of the battery,
Violation of the applicable Terms of Use (ToU),
Use with sensors or accessories not supplied or approved by the manufacturer. Any damage resulting from improper connections, excessive power consumption, or unexpected behavior caused by third-party peripherals is not covered,
Any damage or malfunction related to wear and tear, deterioration, excessive pulling, or mishandling of external connection cables,
Integration of the product into another circuit or project, or modification of the product,
Exposure to water (the product is not waterproof),
Damage resulting from deep discharge, prolonged storage without recharging, or non-compliant use (the battery must be recharged regularly).
This warranty only applies to the correct hardware functioning of the product, and not to the quality or accuracy of the data provided by sensors, nor to the interpretation of transmitted data. For limitations regarding the use of the devices and the application, refer to Article 10 of the Terms of Use.
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages (e.g., fire, injury, loss, etc.)
Handcrafted production – 3D printed parts:
Some components of the product are manually made using 3D printing. Minor variations in appearance, texture, or finish may occur (layer lines, small marks, slight irregularities). These purely cosmetic imperfections, which have no impact on functionality, are inherent to the manufacturing process and cannot be used as grounds for a warranty claim.
Resale to third parties:
In the event of resale, the professional buyer assumes full responsibility for placing the product on the market, as well as ensuring compliance with the regulations applicable to its intended use.
9. Safety Instructions
Each product contains a lithium battery, which may present a risk of:
overheating,
explosion in the event of misuse.
The buyer agrees to read and follow the provided handling and usage precautions.
If safety instructions are not followed, the seller cannot be held liable.
These products must never be used in safety-critical systems involving people or property (e.g., medical devices, fire detection systems, automated regulation systems, etc.). Any use in such contexts is done at the buyer’s own risk.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
11. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is used solely for the management of orders.
It is neither sold nor transferred.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
