Privacy policy

ODevice securely collects and stores certain information required for the operation of the service, including the e-mail address used to log in to the user account.

This information is stored on a secure cloud server, in encrypted form, and is never shared with third parties.

The e-mail address is used solely to:

• identify the user account on ODevice servers,

• deliver notifications related to sensor status or detected alerts,

• link measurement and configuration data to the user’s connected devices.

Additionally, certain algorithm behavior data from the module may be temporarily stored in the Cloud in order to:

• enable remote technical support in the event of an issue,

• detect anomalies or malfunctions in the device’s operation.

If a problem is detected, ODevice may contact the user by e-mail to inform them or to offer technical assistance.

No data is used for marketing or shared with any third parties.

Data Deletion Policy:

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time

To start this process, open the ODevice mobile app and go to the User menu from the main screen.

At the bottom of the Subscriptions section, select the “Delete account” option.

After confirmation, the user’s Cloud account and all associated data stored in the app will be permanently deleted

Any previously established device sharing with other users will be automatically revoked.

This action is irreversible.
